Wi-Fi | $7,000

Your WI-FI Sponsorship will provide wireless internet for attendees. Sponsorship includes your company logo in the conference guide and your company name as part of the WI-FI Password. This may or may not include a redirect splash page which is dependent on availability at the property.

Phone chargers | $5,000

Help attendees keep their phones charged by sponsoring portable phone chargers where your logo and company information will be displayed. Attendees pick up a charger in the conference registration area and charge their devices while in sessions, at lunch, or networking events. Chargers return to the docking station after phone is charged.

The presentation content and materials must be educational in nature and approved by HCCA in advance. Educational content will be reviewed for CEU eligibility and is due for review by May 10, 2026.
